We offer multiple payment options to make sure you are able to receive the care that you need.

What are my options?

Cherry Payment Plans

Let your money go further and take better control of your cash flow when you pay over time in smaller installments with Cherry. 

Insurance

We accept multiple insurance plans, depending on the state. We are continually adding new plans, so please reach out if you don't find your insurance listed here. 

Treat Now, Pay Later

We offer Treat Now, Pay Later Options through Affirm, Klarna, and AfterPay. To take advantage of these options, simply request an invoice.

Payment & Appointment FAQs

​Why is there a $150 payment required to book a telehealth appointment?

The $150 payment is used to secure your appointment time with our provider. It ensures we can offer dedicated time for your care and prevents last-minute no-shows. This fee is not an extra charge. It is fully applied toward your visit.

Is the $150 applied toward my insurance-covered visit?

Yes. If you are using insurance, the $150 will be applied toward your deductible or co-insurance. After your visit is processed by your insurance, any overpayment will be credited to your patient account.

What if I’m a self-pay/cash-pay patient?

No problem. The $150 will be applied directly to your invoice for services rendered. You’ll receive a receipt after your visit.

What services are covered by this fee?

This payment covers a full telehealth consultation with a licensed nurse practitioner. During this visit, we can address primary care needs, hormone optimization, weight management, refills, lab orders, and more depending on your state of residence.

We currently serve patients in Texas, New York, Washington DC, and Virginia.

Is this fee refundable?

The $150 payment is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will forfeit the payment.

Can I use HSA/FSA to pay for my visit?

Yes! We accept HSA and FSA cards. If needed, we’ll provide a detailed receipt or superbill for reimbursement.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes. For qualifying patients, we offer Cherry Payment Plans or Treat Now, Pay Later Options that can be used for follow-up visits, programs, or additional services like labs or medications. This can be especially helpful if your deductible is high. Please ask your provider during the visit.

How do I make my payment?

Payment is made securely online when you schedule your appointment. You'll receive confirmation by email along with instructions for your visit.

What happens after I pay and schedule?

Once payment is complete, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • Pre-visit forms (to complete prior to your appointment)

  • Your telehealth link

  • A reminder 24 hours before your visit
