Review of recent lab work, or lab orders if none are on file
Confirmation of iron deficiency or anemia diagnosis
Discussion of medical history and any contraindications
A personalized treatment plan, including recommended dosage and frequency

If you do not have recent labs, your provider will order the appropriate testing before treatment begins.
