Cancellation Policy
Orchid Wellness | After-Hours & Weekend Self-Pay Telehealth This policy applies exclusively to appointments booked through telehealth.myorchidwellness.com. All services on this platform are self-pay only and are not billed to insurance. Appointment Booking • All telehealth appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. • Appointments offered through this platform are reserved for after-hours and weekend care. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Appointment fees start at $150 and may vary based on visit type and clinical complexity. • Appointments are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Intake Forms • Required intake forms and consent documents will be sent via email and text message after booking. • All forms must be completed prior to the scheduled appointment time. • Failure to complete intake forms in advance may result in delayed care, shortened visit time, or rescheduling at the discretion of Orchid Wellness. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a telehealth appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time, failure to attend the appointment (no-shows), or arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in forfeiture of 50% of the appointment fee. • Appointment fees start at $150; the forfeited amount is non-refundable. • The forfeited amount will be charged to the payment method on file. Late Arrivals • Telehealth appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. • Patients who are more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be subject to the 50% fee forfeiture. Emergency Consideration • We understand that emergencies can occur. Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Orchid Wellness. Policy Acknowledgment By booking a telehealth appointment through telehealth.myorchidwellness.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy, including the self-pay requirement and the 50% forfeiture for late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
